1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Sulo.Dev Web Design services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Sulo.Dev provides professional web design and development services including:

  • Custom website design and development
  • SEO optimization services
  • Website maintenance and hosting
  • Branding and logo design

3. Payment Terms

Deposits: A non-refundable $50 consultation deposit is required to begin project discussions. This deposit secures your consultation time and demonstrates commitment to the project.

Project Payments: Full project pricing will be provided after the initial consultation. Payment structure typically includes:

  • 50% deposit upon project approval (minus consultation deposit)
  • 50% upon project completion and before final delivery

All payments are processed securely through Square. We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods.

4. Refund Policy

Consultation Deposits: The $50 consultation deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. This covers our time, expertise, and project planning efforts.

Project Deposits: Once work has begun on your project, the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable. This compensates for time invested, resources allocated, and opportunity costs.

Final Payment: The final 50% payment is due upon project completion. If you are unsatisfied with the final product, we will work with you to address concerns within the agreed scope. However, once files are delivered and the project is marked complete, no refunds will be issued.

Cancellation: If you cancel the project after work has begun, all payments made are non-refundable. You will receive any completed work up to the cancellation point.

5. Project Scope & Revisions

Each project includes a defined scope of work agreed upon before starting. This includes:

  • Number of pages
  • Features and functionality
  • Number of revision rounds (typically 2-3 rounds)
  • Timeline and milestones

Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope or significant changes to project requirements may incur additional fees at our standard hourly rate of $100/hour.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide all necessary content, images, and materials in a timely manner
  • Respond to communications and requests within 5 business days
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback during revision rounds
  • Ensure you have rights to all materials provided (images, text, logos, etc.)

Project Delays: If client materials or feedback are delayed by more than 14 days, the project timeline will be adjusted accordingly. Projects inactive for 60+ days may be considered abandoned, with no refund of deposits.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon Final Payment: You will own the final website design and custom code created specifically for your project.

Before Final Payment: All work remains the property of Sulo.Dev until final payment is received in full.

Third-Party Components: Some projects may include third-party plugins, frameworks, or tools that retain their original licenses. We do not claim ownership of these components.

8. Warranties & Limitations

We guarantee that all work will be completed professionally and to industry standards. However:

  • We do not guarantee specific business results, traffic, or revenue
  • We are not responsible for content you provide or third-party service failures
  • Website performance depends on your hosting provider (if not using our hosting)
  • We provide a 30-day bug-fix warranty after project completion for issues within our scope

9. Limitation of Liability

Sulo.Dev's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

  • All outstanding payments become immediately due
  • You will receive work completed up to termination date
  • No refunds will be issued for work already completed
  • All project files and access will be provided upon final payment

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country]. Each party will bear their own legal costs.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
